Risborough Action Business Group held its inaugural meeting on 19th April 2005 in the Community Centre, Wades Park.

It is primarily a business vehicle which seeks to :

  • Lunchtime social meetings will be held alternate months. Members will be advised.
  • influence future development within the Risborough area
  • bring in new businesses and employment
  • help the wider community to focus on local business issues
  • promote the exchange of local 'business-to-business' information
  • provide opportunities for informal interaction between members
  • raise awareness of local issues of concern to members
  • assist with the education of our future entrepreneurs through working with the local schools, and supporting Young Enterprise

The members represent a wide range of businesses within the local community, including small, medium and large companies. RABG enjoys support from Business Link, Wycombe District Council, Buckinghamshire Economic Partnership,  Risborough Area Community Action and Tourism South East.

All meetings (except Socials) are held at Princes Risborough School at 19.00 hrs in the Board Room.
